The Apple HomePod was unveiled during June'16. The market launch was planned for end of year and then early 2018. The Apple HomePod now gets FCC certification and it will be available in market soon.
The HomePod is 7" taller, with a 4" up-firing woofer, an array of 7 tweeters spreading highs in all 360 degrees, and six mics constantly listening for the 'Hey, Siri' trigger word. It is priced at $ 349 with white and space gray color options.
