Android Go edition based on Android Oreo was designed to make the entry level or low spec smartphones to run smoothly. According to reports Google was working with multiple OEM’s across the globe to bring the low budget smartphones running Android Go Edition.

Now as per the reports from factordaily, Google is working with Indian Phone vendors such as MiroMax, Intex, Lava, Karbonn to launch cheap smartphones based on Android Go Edition. Google also announced multiple apps specific to Android Go Edition.
It seems Micromax and Google is gearing up to launch its phone running Android Oreo Go costs around $31(INR 2,000), launch expected last week of January. Including Other manufactures are also expected to launch their devices in coming months around $100(INR 6,000).
