Sprint pushes out AAN982 update for BlackBerry KEYone

Sprint is the process of pushing out an update to the BlackBerry KEYone. The update, which carries build AAN982, also includes the August Android security patch.

The update could also include a fix for the Sprint Mobile ID app which was enabling bloatware that the phone's user had disabled, and re-installing bloatware that was deleted. Sprint said it was working with BlackBerry on a fix, which might be included with this update.

Once the notification is received that the update has arrived on KEYone, there are some things you should do before installing it. First, make sure that you are connected to a Wi-Fi signal. And check the battery on the phone, which should be fully charged.
