Xiaomi Mi Note 2, a Special Edition with 6GB RAM and 64 GB ROM is Launched

Xiaomi has launched Xiaomi Mi Note 2 phablet , a special edition with 6GB of RAM and 64 GB of ROM.

Earlier Xiaomi has released Xiaomi Mi Note 2 during Oct'16, with dual-edged curved glass on both the front and back and it came in three variants 4GB RAM/ 64GB, 6GB RAM/ 128GB and a global model 6GB RAM/ 128GB with 4G VoLTE support.  The new Xiaomi Mi Note 2 completes the lineup, adding a 6GB/ 64GB storage model.

The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Special edition runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based MIUI 8, it sports 5.7" flexible OLED display, front 3D glass and back 3D glass with  higher screen-to-body ratio and a larger display area. It packs a powerful Snapdragon 821 processor which gives 10% increase in performance, comes with 6GB + 64GB ultra-fast, high-capacity memory option, 4070mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0, Fingure Print Sensor on the front, GPS high-precision positioning, HD audio quality, and Adreno 530 graphics card.

On the optics, the Xiaomi Mi Notes features, 22.56MP high-resolution rear camera with a Sony IMX318 Exmor RS sensor, an f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, and EIS with its own 3-axis gyroscope for 4K video stabilization. On the front, it bears an 8-megapixel Sony IMX268 Exmor RS sensor, and an f/2.0 aperture with group selfie feature and Auto Beautify 3.0.

Xiaomi Mi Note 2 supports connectivity options such as 802.11ac dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2 technology, Full NFC functionality, Support CAT 13 and it gives Global LTE support (6 types, 37 bands).  Xiaomi is is touting LTE speeds up to 6000Mbps on the downlink, with 3x carrier aggregation. It comes in Piano Black and Glacier Blue priced at CNY 2899.
