Lenovo launched its k series smartphones a couple of months back, The Lenovo K8, Lenovo K8 Plus, Lenovo K8 Note.
Lenovo confirmed that these smartphones will receive Android Oreo update, but the sad part is, the time-frame shows that it will be updated on end of Q2 ie the K8 should get Oreo in June 2018, while the K8 Plus and K8 Note will receive in July – 2018. If google follows the same time frame for releasing its next version by August 2018, Android 9.0 will be released.
