OnePlus 5 goes official with Snapdragon 835 and dual camera



One plus comes with dual camera with an eye for photography, It boasts a “tailor-made” 16MP sensor, which excels at low-light photography with a bright f/1.7 aperture and optical image stabilization. The another 20MP sensor is behind a telephoto lens. It enables Portrait mode, which creates a blurred background bokeh while keeping faces sharp. This sensor also helps speed up autofocus by up to 40%. OnePlus 5 is powered by the latest and greatest from Qualcomm, the Snapdragon 835, backed by an Adreno 540 GPU, which offers a 25% claimed graphical performance boost over the 530 that powered the OP3T.

OnePlus claims this is the thinnest smartphone ever from OnePlus measuring just 7.25mm. OnePlus 5 comes with 3.5mm audio jack at the bottom. Battery measures at  3,300mAh, which 100mAH less than oneplus 3T and 300mAh more than oneplus 3.
It comes with 5.5" AMOLED panels with 1080p resolution similar to OnePlus 3 and it is secured by Corning Gorilla glass 5. It does have DCI-P3 support this time around, as seen on the iPhone 7 and Galaxy S8. It comes with Andriod 7.1.1 Nougat out of the box  and Oxygen OS on top of it which is similar to stock android.

The phone supports 34 network bands, hinting at the company’s desire to build a flagship for the whole world. OnePlus 5 brings up to 8GB of RAM for nigh-unlimited multitasking and faster built-in storage (UFS 2.1 but now with two-lane ROM that is up to 26% faster). You can get it with either 64GB or 128GB storage, there’s no microSD slot. Note that the 64GB model comes with 6GB of RAM.It supports dual sim, faster Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0


6GB Ram and 64GB insternal storage will cost you around $479 in US. OnePlus 5 will be exclusive to Amazon India.
